In case your service is operating in multiple locations (areas, cities, islands etc.) or if you work as a franchise provider (gathering multiple local partners in your service), you can make use of the subaccount function that ATOM offers in order to separate the franchisees you work with or make sure that you can apply different pricing in different regions you are operating in.

In order to create a subaccount go to More -> Team and accounts -> Subaccounts:

Click Add new subaccount on the top right-hand side and fill in all the required information, afterwards Save:

NB! While the Users field in the subaccount creation process is not marked as mandatory, do make sure to add the email addresses of your team members who will need to have access to the subaccount.

Once the subaccount is created you can create vehicle models and assign them specifically to your new subaccount, detailed guidelines on vehicle model creation below:

You can also create different zones and assign them specifically to your new subaccount, detailed guidelines on zone maintenance below:

NB! Note that system preferences you can maintain through the dashboard are global and cannot be set specifically to a separate subaccount. Same applies to the subscriptions you create through the dashboard.

In the Analytics tab of the dashboard you will be able to select the subaccount and view operational information about it separately:

Note that there will be less information available for a subaccount than in the Global view due to some parameters being defined globally.
