Offering pricing packages in addition to per-minute pricing can help ATOM Mobility merchants boost customer loyalty, stabilize revenue, and simplify the user experience. By tailoring packages to different needs, merchants can cater to various user segments, making it easier and more cost-effective for customers to enjoy their services.

NB! Unlike subscriptions, pricing packages, if purchased, apply to one specific ride only and cannot be reused within several rides or days.

In the Sharing and Rental Modules, you can set up and manage pricing packages through the Dashboard under More - Pricing packages - Manage packages:

Click Add New Package on the top right-hand side to proceed and fill in the package details:

There are several criteria you will need to define when creating a new pricing package:

  1. The step number will indicate the package's prioritization, defining whether it will be displayed at the top of the list or below other package options.

  2. Currency and price will determine the cost of the package and relevant currency.

  3. You may decide whether to include the fixed unlock fee in the package price or charge it separately at a regular rate.

  4. There is a flexible choice of included options - whether it will be minutes, kilometers and if pause minutes are included in the package or charged at a regular rate.

  5. Title of the package in all available localizations (if any) has to be filled in.

6. You can temporarily deactivate packages by toggling the Activated icon on/off.

7. In the Rental module while creating a new package, you can also define if it will be available 24/7 or if there are specific availability periods when this package is available (the whole duration of booking must be within the defined pricing package period to be visible to the user):

8. After the pricing package is ready and activated, make sure it is also added to relevant vehicle models:

In the History tab in Manage packages menu you will have an overview of all purchased packages:

If any package has been purchased for a particular ride/booking it would be indicated in the ride/booking overview as well:

Customers will be able to choose a pricing package before confirming the booking/ride in the Pricing section:

NB! Pricing packages are not subject to discounts (promo codes that grant a discount %, customer group discounts, etc.).
