How to manage business partnerships with your corporate partners more efficiently?

Provide 3rd party companies with a separate dashboard to offer your services to their employees. Corporate accounts allow other businesses to invite employees, set monthly ride limits and cover all rides via a single monthly invoice. Employees will love it!

NB! Note this feature is included in the Standard and Premium plans on the ATOM Mobility platform.

How does it work?
For each corporate partner, create a separate corporate account. In your dashboard, go to More -> Team and accounts -> Corporate accounts:

Share access (email and password) to the dedicated business portal - https://app.atommobility.com/corporate/login. Your partners will have a login page customized to your brand:

The management can also decide and set up limitations for the monthly usage per employee group to cover expenses for transportation or allow the use of corporate payment method only during weekdays. This can be done when accessing the corporate account directly or through your main dashboard if required:

Create an employee group under Settings of the corporate account, set monthly budget and corporate hours there:

If the corporate scheme budget can only be used during specific days of the week and times of the day, you can disable the 24/7 option and make further configurations:

Afterwards, add specific users to each group in the Users section:

Users added to a corporate account will be able to see in their app a new payment method view with an additional option - name of the corporate account they are a part of:

This allows users to choose this payment method and cover rides that qualify within the corporate account set-up. If the ride is outside the active working hours of the corporate account, the user will be notified in the app to use their personal payment method instead. The same applies in case the user has spent all their corporate account budget/limits already.

Additional system rules that apply to corporate account usage:

  • it is not required to save a payment card in the app to request a ride or start a ride if a corporate account is used;

  • rides taken with the corporate account payment method do not affect subscription limits purchased for personal use;

  • the system does not allow to manually charge the card from the dashboard if a corporate account is selected for the customer as the default payment method;

  • it is not allowed to purchase a subscription if the user has a corporate card selected as the default payment method;

  • the system allows the start of a corporate ride if the customer has personal debt accumulated during private use of the app service;

  • if a ride was refunded or the ride costs were zero, the system does not deduct this ride from the monthly limits allowed on the corporate account for the user;

  • the automatic wallet top-up feature is disabled for corporate flow use;

  • ATOM's loyalty works similarly for corporate account flow as for private service use (more info here).

Note that the rides and costs related to corporate rides will not be shown separately in the general dashboard sections for Rides and Analytics of your service. You will need to access each corporate account Rides section in order to determine the corporate account partner usage of your services.
