Reason for the regular vehicle icon showing up instead of the star icon of a discounted vehicle

The default star icons of discounted vehicles that ATOM has in the system don’t show up for the clients that are included into any discount groups.

ATOM hides/shows these special icons based on which discount is bigger - for the vehicle which hasn't been used in some time (with this time period and discount % defined by you in the vehicle model) or the client discount group (special group where specific customers are included in order to receive a fixed discount % on all their rides).

The default star icons of discounted vehicles that ATOM has in the system would not show up for any customers in another case - if the special vehicle map icon set in the vehicle model is chosen incorrectly. In case you wish to use ATOM star icons (see example below), make sure to choose "Not Selected" as the special map icon set in the vehicle model:
