You can track your mobile app analytics with an external analytics tool - Amplitude - for behavioral analytics data.

Amplitude lets you:

  • Measure customer engagement

  • Identify conversion and retention drivers

  • Monitor key metrics

  • Visualize any user journey

  • Predict future outcomes

We transfer data on the variety of app events to help you better understand and analyze your customer behaviour.

You can see the list of all events we support here.

For example, if you use Google Ads, Amplitude already has an integration to track the ad performance: https://amplitude.com/blog/google-ads

Amplitude offers different price plans based on your specific needs, and they also have a free plan available, more information here: https://amplitude.com/pricing

If you would like Amplitude added to your apps developed by ATOM Mobility, please retrieve the API key, secret key and server zone (EU or USA) of your Amplitude account following these instructions and afterwards provide this information to help@atommobility.com

For Amplitude product questions please refer to Amplitude documentation here or reach out to Amplitude support here.

NB! Adding Google Analytics will not be possible unfortunately, since we already use this on ATOM side for all our developed app monitoring internally.

Firebase is mostly used for monitoring crash reports and app stability maintenance on ATOM side. As ATOM uses a global Firebase project for all merchants with multiple applications, hence it's not possible to share access to a specific account/application via Firebase.
