Workaround on how to make a partial refund if user had an issue with his ride.

There might be cases when the user had some issues with their ride, but you would not like to refund the full trip and make a partial refund instead. Even though there is no functionality to refund a specific amount at the moment, we suggest to use the following workaround.

It is possible to add a bonus to one or multiple clients in your dashboard. Go to the Customer section, search and select the specific client, click on the pencil icon on the top right-hand corner and add a bonus to this user that equals the partial refund sum:

Note that the bonus will be added to the client's app wallet and they can use it for the next ride.

If you want to track the manually added bonuses (partial refunds), check the Employee activity log in the dashboard under More -> Settings -> Employee activity log. Select Bonuses in the filter box and You will get the date and user ID that has received the bonus:

There is also a possibility to export the data in csv and xlsx formats on the top right-hand side.
