How to stop the ride if the wallet balance reaches a certain level.

In order to limit the number of fraud and debtors there is a possibility to stop the vehicle during an active ride once your defined wallet level is reached.

This amount is manageable from the Dashboard section More -> Settings -> System preferences -> Payments:

Note that due to the safety reasons the functionality does not work on certain vehicle types - cars, mopeds, motorcycles etc.

Even when the above functionality is enabled, please note that the customer is still able to go into a minor debt on their wallet, as the functionality doesn't end the ride entirely, but pauses it and does not allow the vehicle to move until the user decides on the next steps: either top-up their wallet and continue their ride or end the ride.

For this reason we advise to carefully think on the wallet level at which the vehicle should stop, giving the user time for making their choice.

We suggest to also include the information on how this works for your users in the FAQ section of your mobile apps - let them know what the user has to check and what to do in case the vehicle stops.
