Follow the below steps to configure your Fitrider IoT:

1) Provide your Fitrider device documentation, so we can check it and make sure our integration matches your Fitrider device;

2) ATOM prepares an MQTT server for your Fitrider devices, where they will send and receive signals;

3) ATOM provides you with the Remote host, Remote port, MQTT User name/MQTT account name and MQTT password for your Fitrider IoT server;

4) Provide this information to Fitrider, so they can proceed with the configuration on their side or alternatively Fitrider might advise you to do the configuration directly using their BLE tool;
5) Afterwards you will be able to add your IoT devices to the ATOM dashboard and pair them with your vehicles, detailed guidelines below:

NB! When adding your IoT devices we recommend editing each IMEI number and adding your vehicle ID in the end. For example, 0000000000002. The easiest way to do it quickly would be to click Edit and then copy your vehicle ID in the IMEI field and add as many 0 as possible in front of the vehicle ID. Amended IMEI numbers will help you locate the IoT device when connecting it to your vehicle.

Please note that IMEI may consist of numbers only!

NB! Custom ID is a unique ID that you need to maintain, since Fitrider does not share their IMEI numbers.

Once you have registered all vehicles in the ATOM dashboard, reach out to Fitrider with the vehicle custom IDs and ask Fitrider to activate the webhooks for all your vehicles.

If everything is configured and added correctly, you will see that the IoT device/lock is sending its signal through. Check column "Last update: x min.", e.g. (it should show exact time when last signal was received):
