Follow the below steps to configure your Okai IoT:

1) Provide your Okai device documentation, so we can check it and make sure our integration matches your Okai device;

2) Provide Okai password that needs to be sent together with scooter commands in order for them to work;

3) ATOM prepares a server for your Okai devices, where they will send and receive signals;

4) ATOM provides you with the IP and PORT numbers for your Okai IoT server;

5) Provide this information to Okai, so they can proceed with the configuration on their side;

6) Afterwards add your IoT devices/locks and your vehicles to the dashboard:

If everything is configured and added correctly, you will see that the IoT device/lock is sending its signal through. Check column "Last update: x min.", e.g. (it should show exact time when last signal was received):

NB! If your OKAI IoT devices use "TCP Selective Acknowledgments (SACK)", then please make sure to disable it for your devices, otherwise they will not be able to connect to ATOM platform.
