Follow the below steps to configure your Zimo IoT:

1) Provide your Zimo device documentation, so we can check it and make sure our integration matches your Zimo device;

2) ATOM prepares an MQTT server for your Zimo devices, where they will send and receive signals;

3) ATOM provides you with the Remote host, Remote port, MQTT User name/MQTT account name and MQTT password for your Zimo IoT server;

4) Provide this information to Zimo, so they can proceed with the configuration on their side or alternatively Zimo might advise you to do the configuration directly using their BLE tool:

  • Name: the name for MQTT topic

  • Device Publish topic: data/KW/scootor/IMEI(KW is Configurable)

  • Device Subscribe unique topic: IMEI

  • Device Subscribe common topic: cmd/KW/scootor

  • IP Address (provided by ATOM)

  • IP Port (provided by ATOM)

  • APN (SIM card info from Network provider)

  • MQTT user (provided by ATOM)

  • MQTT password (provided by ATOM)

  • Net user: default blank (SIM card info from Network provider)

  • Net password: default blank (SIM card info from Network provider)

5) Afterwards add your IoT devices/locks and your vehicles to the dashboard:

If everything is configured and added correctly, you will see that the IoT device/lock is sending its signal through. Check column "Last update: x min.", e.g. (it should show exact time when last signal was received):
