In order to configure a Segway IoT device you will need to create an account with Segway and receive access to their web admin panel:
Once obtained, please share the access with ATOM (platform code, username and password), so we can configure the IoT connection to ATOM servers.
Meanwhile you will need to download the Segway Launcher app from App Store or Google Play in order to be able to add vehicles to your Segway account. Add your vehicles by scanning their QR codes using the Segway Launcher app's "Add" option.

Once ATOM confirms your configuration for Segway IoT devices is ready, you will be able to add your IoT devices to the ATOM dashboard and pair them with your vehicles, detailed guidelines below:
If everything is configured and added correctly, you will see that the IoT device/lock is sending its signal through. Check column "Last update: x min.", e.g. (it should show exact time when last signal was received):
In case you experience any issues after the configuration in how the scooter information is passed on to the ATOM dashboard, please make sure that Segway has v2 webhooks set up according to what ATOM uses:
