App language translations

In order to let your customers use your app in the local language, you'll need to initially maintain the translations from English into your language via the ATOM dashboard. These are all the texts that your app users will see in the different sections of your apps - titles, explanations, descriptions etc.

In order to localize your apps go to More -> Personalization -> App localization section:

Initially you will have English texts available and your preferred app language translation of the text will be showing up as missing in this dashboard section, example below:

On the left side of the text row you need to translate, click Edit and add the translation:

When done, make sure to Save your translation and check if any other translations are missing.

Once you are done translating all your app texts initially, make sure to notify ATOM support team of this, so we can enable your app language. Otherwise it will be available only in English.

In case you have update some texts that were already translated before and your app is already available in the languages you require, you do not need to notify ATOM support - your updated translations will show up in the app once you refresh it on your phone.

System message translations

System messages are alerts, error texts and notifications that show up in cases when, for example, payments are not going through, new user verification cannot be carried out etc.

Currently we have these system messages available in the following languages:

EN

RU

LV

DE

SV

IT

PL

UK

NO

AR

EE

FR

LT

In order to acquire other translations, reach out to ATOM support team to acquire the system message file in English and afterwards follow the below steps to translate these into your required language:

2) Drop there messages.po file from attachment.

3) If the bottom box is empty then take EN language text from the box above: https://monosnap.com/file/XWHjHLC5RKx1btKFlM88cje8ZaNRIp

4) If bottom text also have EN language, then take this text as source EN language for translation: https://monosnap.com/file/K7bhAvVfqyr5NIYeK78o86CCnwa2Lj

5) Other symbols like "{}" or HTML tags of "</a><br>" must be left. Just translate text and leave symbols as is. In "{}" the server will replace some values. For example "{} {} charged!" finally will be "1 EUR charged!".

6) After all translations are finished just save a new .PO file by clicking this button: https://monosnap.com/file/56WZ7l5eMvkMuFGFhJ1cWtE3dZmE9g
