As a bike or scooter-sharing operator, you may want to opt into using both manual and IoT locks to enhance the security, reliability, and flexibility of your fleet.
Manual locks can serve as a backup in case of IoT malfunctions or connectivity issues, allowing users to secure the bikes. They also offer added theft prevention and are a cost-effective option for maintaining system functionality in areas with poor network coverage or technical failures.

You can introduce manual locks into your ATOM-powered apps and provide clients with a code for a manual code upon starting the ride.

NB! The maximum length of each code is 4 digits.

In order to take advantage of this functionality, please send a list of manual lock codes to help@atommobility.com along with a subaccount you want to have those manual lock codes linked to.
