Driver analytics provide ride-hailing operations managers with detailed insights into driver performance. The system tracks essential metrics, such as the number of rides completed, skipped, or canceled, along with earnings and commissions. These analytics help the managers understand how well drivers are performing and where improvements can be made, ultimately helping optimize operations and increase overall efficiency.

Your dashboard's Analytics section has a Driver tab that holds all data related to your driver performance indicators.

You may filter by subaccount or vehicle class, choose a relevant period, and search up a specific driver.

The data displayed includes the number of requests, canceled requests (by driver or customer), ignored rides, canceled rides (by driver or customer), number of rides, turnover, in-app and cash payments, driver commission, and balance:

The data can be exported in .csv or .xlsx formats for further analysis and reporting.

In addition to the Driver tab in Analytics, you can obtain specific driver information directly from the Drivers section in the dashboard. The data includes the last time the driver connected to the service, their current status, the number of rides, and current balance:

Like extracting reports from the Analytics section, the Driver section also allows you to export the driver list in .csv or .xlsx formats.

Furthermore, a detailed report can be extracted for each driver via the driver's profile settings:

When extracting the report, you can indicate the reporting period you wish to view. By default, the system will offer to extract the report for the past month to date:

The report for each driver has three parts:

  • Driver info - contains driver profile information, also shown in the dashboard:

  • Information about rides - statistics for the period about the ride requests this driver has received, ride requests and rides canceled by the driver, ride requests and rides canceled by the customer, requests ignored, successful rides and turnover for rides made and cancellation fees:

  • Rides - this is a detailed breakdown of all the rides the driver has been involved in during the selected period. The report shows ride information - ride and user ID, times of the ride being requested, accepted, started and ended, distance, duration, information relating to pricing, payment method (card or cash), commission for the driver, cancellation fee and reason (if applicable) and the user's feedback (rating and comment):

The rides part of the driver report allows for detailed tracking of the driver's activity throughout the period and also helps the ride-hailing operations manager understand which rides the customers paid for by card and for which rides the driver received payments in cash.
