Thanks to the ATOM Mobility ride-hailing platform, you can operate a customized driver app with your branding (app name, icon, and logo), available in your chosen languages. This feature ensures that all your drivers have the app available in their local language, making their jobs easier and increasing their satisfaction with your platform.

NB! Note that this is available on the Standard plan for the Ride-hailing module.

If you want your customized driver app translated into a language other than English (the default language), contact the ATOM support team at help@atommobility.com and confirm which languages you need for the driver app.

ATOM's technical team will enable the option for you to translate the driver app localizations via your ride-hailing dashboard under Mode -> Personalization -> App localization. There you will be able to translate the driver app localizations:

Once you manage to translate all the pending localizations from English into the target language(-s), please inform ATOM support team at help@atommobility.com, soon after ATOM's technical team will enable the translated languages for your driver app, making sure your drivers can switch from English to their preferred language in the driver app profile:
