How to use the Scan data log section to try and locate your lost vehicles

The Scan data log section of the dashboard can be useful, for example, to find vehicles that lost IoT signals a long time ago or vehicles that were stolen but still have QR codes.

Scan data log records and lists the customer’s location when the user scans a vehicle.

You can get information on any vehicle location once it gets scanned by a customer, but please keep in mind that ATOM Mobility system logs QR scan events only when a customer is scanning the vehicle and cannot start a ride due to no IoT connection being present. This can happen if a vehicle's IoT device gets disconnected physically or has lost its network connection for a longer period of time (by default 20min on the ATOM platform; however, if you have previously asked the ATOM Support team to adjust this for your service, the time frame will match this value).

In the dashboard, go to More -> Settings -> Scan data log and filter by vehicle, time period and status if required:
