The Customer Group feature allows operators to create and manage special groups of users who receive fixed discounts on their rides. This functionality is designed to support loyalty programs, corporate partnerships, or special promotional offers.

Key Features

  • Group-based Discounts:
Add specific customers to a dedicated group and apply a fixed discount percentage that will automatically be applied to their rides.

  • Flexible Discount Scope:
    Discounts can be applied either:

    • Fleet-wide — to all vehicle models in the system, or

    • Model-specific — limited to selected vehicle types only.

  • Automatic Application:
Once a customer is part of a group, the discount is automatically applied to all eligible rides — no manual action is required from the customer or operator.

How It Works

  1. Create a Customer Group

    • Navigate to the Customer Groups section in the Admin Panel.

    • Click Create New Group and assign a name (e.g., “Corporate Clients”, “Student Discount”, etc.).

  2. Set Discount Rules

    • Define a discount percentage (e.g., 10%, 15%).

    • Choose whether the discount applies to:

      • All vehicle models, or

      • Specific vehicle models only.

  3. Add Customers to the Group

    • Search for existing customers and add them to the group.

    • Customers can belong to only one customer group.

  4. Save and Activate

    • Save changes to activate the group.

    • The discount will immediately take effect for all included customers on applicable rides.

NB! Customer group discounts applies only to the ride price itself. This discount is not applicable to subscriptions, add-ons and pricing packages.

NB! If you have a temporary hold enabled in your System Preferences, it will also be activated to rides within the customer group. The customer group discount is not applied to the temporary hold itself.
