In order to connect your Twilio OTP account to your mobile apps developed by ATOM, please follow the below steps:
create a Twilio account at https://twilio.com/;
choose the following set-up (only the billing country will be different depending on your location):
log into your Twilio account;
make sure you are switched from Trial to Live account here:
go to https://console.twilio.com/us1/develop/verify and create a new service name;
enable SMS channel;
copy Service SID - NB! Service SID always starts with "VA...";
press Save;
go to Account -> Settings and copy your Account SID from there - NB! Account SID always starts with "AC...".
next go to Keys & Credentials -> API keys & tokens and choose Create API key:
set your company name and choose Create:
copy the SID and also the secret API key:
After going through the above steps, please provide to ATOM support (help@atommobility.com) the following:
1. sender name;
2. account SID;
3. auth.token / API key;
4. service SID.
NB! On Twilio messages to China require use case vetting, so please contact Twilio Support through your acccount to get CN numbers whitelisted if this is required for your operations. More info: https://www.twilio.com/docs/errors/60220
