In each customer's profile in your dashboard you can view a list of the customer's activity relating to the transactions made in the app -top-ups, bonuses, refunds.

Each transaction listed in the customer's activity log has:

  • a date and time;

  • the balance - amount of the top-up, for example;

  • balance used - out of this particular top-up, for example;

  • remaining balance - if a part of this top-up is used, the balance will be positive, but if the whole top-up is used up, then the remaining balance is zero;

  • source - refund, manual bonus, promo code, top-up, etc.

  • reference - for example, ID of the refunded ride, exact promo code used, unique transaction ID of the top-up received from the integrated payment gateway, etc.

Example of a customer's activity log:

Note that the activity log does not list the entire wallet balance, but a balance for each top-up, bonus, refund etc. For example, how much manual bonus the customer received, how much of it was used to cover a debt, for example, and how much of this manual bonus remains for future usage.

You can find the information on the current wallet balance of the customer easily in the general info section of the customer's profile.

Additional information on client-related transactions can be viewed in the:

  1. Employee activity log - this allows to see which employee performed a manual charge from the customer, added a bonus manually for him or issued a ride refund to the customer's wallet;

  2. Subscription purchase history - this allows to check if the client has purchased any subscriptions and if any subscription is currently active for him;

  3. Pricing package purchase history - this allows to check if the client has purchased any pricing package for any of his past rides.
