In the Customers section of the dashboard you can search for your customers - to find them faster and proceed with the actions you wish to achieve, use the search field that is on the top of the dashboard.

You can search for the customer using their first name, last name, email address, phone number or customer ID.

The best practice would be to search by the phone number or email address, because these variables would be unique for each customer, in comparison to the name where there could be multiple results returned.

Please note that customer first and last name in ATOM's database is one single field which is why you might get more than one single search result - however note that the closest result will appear on the top of the list.

That is why we recommend to search by the phone number or email address - note that full number and/or email address need to be used.

When searching for the client, also make sure that there are no typos in the entered information and look at the top rows to find the right customer.
