Promo codes can be used by you in marketing activities in order to attract more customers to your app and motivate them to use your service by giving them free credits in the app. Send the codes out via e-mail, share them on your social media accounts or using push notifications or in-app messages.

You can create promo codes in your dashboard under More -> Marketing -> Promo codes:

Here you can create promo codes one by one or upload them in bulk.

In the first case click Create promo code button on the top right-hand side:

Fill in the below fields, indicating what is the code clients will enter in the app to get the bonus, how many such codes you want to be issued, how many credits each code will be worth, when will the code be valid and lastly indicate if only new users (no ride made yet) should be able to take advantage of them:

You also have an option to add promo codes in bulk by uploading them in a csv file.

Afterwards customers will be able to enter the promo code in the app by opening the Menu and choosing My Wallet on the left of the screen. After pressing Add promo code option they will be navigated to the below view where the promo code needs to be entered and confirmed:

Clients can also scan a QR code with an embedded promo code via the app to automatically add the promo code value to their app wallet balance -

This feature allows adding bonuses to your wallet via a QR code scan. Once the client scans their promo code QR, the promo code value is added to the mobile app wallet automatically.
