Setting up system preferences

Maintaining payment method settings, referral program and legal information, as well as other system settings through the ATOM dashboard

In order to maintain different system preferences for your apps go to More -> Settings -> System Preferences section and navigate through the tabs on top in order to find and edit the information you wish to change:

In the Payments tab that is opening as the first one in this section you can choose if you want to set Pay after the ride or Wallet payment method for your service, allow or prohibit your users to start their ride using the bonus amount they have in their profile, purchase subscriptions using bonuses, set fixed top-up amounts and bonuses if needed in case you operate on Wallet payment method basis,

Here you can also set a card verification fee if required, minimum required wallet balanced to begin riding, choose if you want to enable the automatic top-up option for your customers and set a top-up amount and the wallet balance level at which the automatic top-up is triggered, as well as set "Stop the vehicle" functionality that will stop an active ride in case the user's balance reaches your defined amount and no automatic top-up takes place.

Make sure to Save any changes you make in each section on the top right-hand side for each parameter.

In order to enable a referral program and maintain the information for it, switch to the Referral Program tab on the top of the screen (highlighted green in the screenshot below).

You can enable (or disable if needed) a referral program for your service, define the referral amount and hashtag that your customers can use:

Here you can also change the picture for your referral program if needed.

Make sure to Save any changes you make in each section on the top right-hand side for each parameter.

In order to update the links for your privacy policy and your terms and conditions, switch to the Legal tab on the top of the screen (highlighted green in the screenshot below):

Be sure to click Save on top right-hand side of the section in case you need to update any of these links:

In this tab you can also enable a marketing checkbox showing in your app that will ask your customers to confirm if they agree to receive promotional emails from your service:

In order to check and maintain the remaining available system preferences, for example, business hours, zone colors, email addresses that receive alerts for your vehicles etc., switch to the Other tab on the top of the screen (highlighted green in the screenshot below):

In this tab you can also choose if you need to receive a parking photo from your users each time they want to end their ride, allow or prohibit them from ending their ride outside of your defined parking zones, maintain contact information for your customer support, set vehicle rebalancing alert time, vehicle reservation time and time and range for automatically ending a ride in case the vehicle is not moving for the period of time / IoT movement radius you set.

Make sure to Save any changes you make in each section on the top right-hand side for each parameter.

NB! Specifically in the case of enabling the option of automatically ending a ride in case the vehicle is not moving for the period of time / IoT movement radius you set please make sure you enable this as well for the specific vehicle model by going to the dashboard section More -> Settings -> Vehicle Models by editing the vehicle model:
