You can manage your vehicle fleet remotely through the ATOM Dashboard.

Go to Vehicles -> choose a vehicle from the list -> choose Commands and push the green arrow button on the right next to the vehicle command that you wish to send:

In case the command has been sent from ATOM system to the IoT device successfully, you will see a green notification message on the top of the screen stating that the TCP command was sent out successfully, example below:

In case the command was not successfully sent out, you'll see a red error message on top of the screen stating that the TCP command was skipped, example below:

In cases like this be sure to reach out to ATOM support for troubleshooting.

NB! Note that the number of the commands available in the dashboard for your vehicle depends on the vehicle model.

Some commands are sent automatically by the system to the vehicle when the vehicle status is changed through the dashboard or the service app. For example, if the vehicle is placed from Available status into Charging status, the system will send an Unlock command to the vehicle, as well as a command to open the battery compartment in case the vehicle battery is swappable.
