Based on valuable feedback from end users, ATOM Mobility has introduced a new feature that lets ride-hailing customers propose their own ride price.
When requesting a ride, users can now adjust the fare suggested by the system — either increasing it to attract nearby drivers faster or lowering it if they prefer to negotiate for a lower price.
Here’s how it works:
The driver sees a banner on top of the ride request, indicating whether the rider offered an extra fee or a reduced fare.
Riders are notified that lowering the price may increase the chance of the trip being declined or canceled by drivers.
Once the offer is submitted, the driver can accept or decline the proposed price.
The “Offer Your Price” feature can be enabled or disabled per vehicle class directly from the dashboard. Here is how to do it:
