When migrating your Android app from another platform to ATOM Mobility, from ATOM Mobility account to your own organizational developer account, or from your old account to your new account, you will be required to reset your Android app signing key.
Follow the below steps:
Open Google Play app signing settings in Google Play console.
Scroll down to “Request upload key reset”. Click “Request upload key reset”.
Select reason and upload .PEM file that ATOM Mobility team provided you with. Click “Request”.
After Google resets the key, we will be able to overwrite the existing app with a new version.
NB! For app transfers in Google Play ATOM needs both developer transaction IDs - We have our account transaction ID, we need theirs.
