In such cases, you might ask that our developers work on creating that tool or functionality that fits your needs. Before doing so, we invite you to take into consideration the following points:

  • Is there an existing solution or workaround to help you achieve what you want? Maybe there is a way to get what you want that doesn't require a new custom-developed solution and that you can get immediately. Check our support articles or contact our support team. The more we know about your issue, the better we can help you.

  • Has another customer previously expressed interest in a similar solution? We invite you to check our Feature Request portal and browse the list of ideas submitted by our customers. Consider upvoting if you find one that could help you with your goal. We review these ideas regularly and plan our development sprints, taking into consideration the most popular posts. If you cannot find your idea on this platform, feel free to add it!

  • Do you need this new solution right away? Our developers are constantly working on improvements for your platform. Maybe your most coveted solution is already in the works or planned to be implemented a few months later.

  • Are you ready to assume the cost of developing this new solution? Creating a new solution or system logic is a lengthy process that can take from multiple development hours up to a few weeks, and this will determine the associated fees. If you haven't considered these extra costs, maybe you should check the above solutions.

If, after reading all these points, you consider that you're still in need of custom development, we need the following information to assess the complexity of the solution, its impact on your operation, and, ultimately, its development cost:

The first and last points are the most important for us, so please do not spare any details and feel free to provide an elaborate explanation of the issue you're trying to solve and the envisioned solutions, at what point it would come into play within the app's regular operation, and how it'd interact with the existing system logic.
